Frouke Beekman

confidential advisor

Every organization acts with the best intentions. However, it is possible that experiences are different or that situations arise that are not desirable. Examples include bullying, discrimination, sexually transgressive behavior, or aggression. At that moment it is important to talk about this freely with an independent person.

A confidential advisor is neutral, offers a listening ear, and thinks along with you. A confidential advisor can also help look for solutions or enter into discussions with other parties involved. Always with the aim of working things out together and making situations better.

Frouke Beekman fulfills this role for the NSG. She is a gestalt therapist and certified confidential counselor and can be reached via
